I'm an experience designer at Adaptive Path in San Francisco. Adaptive Path is a service design agency that was acquired at the end of 2014 by Capital One.

At Adaptive Path, I work on diverse projects across all of Capital One's lines of business. I also program events ranging from local speaker series to the Service Experience Conference and the Service Design Network U.S. National Conference.

Previously, I worked in product design at Fitbit, focusing on data visualization, user research, and UX for new features, where I experimented with lean UX for the first time.

Before graduating from Carnegie Mellon's master's program in interaction design, I studied architecture history and European literature at Brandeis University, and worked for three years at a management consulting firm specializing in customer experience.

I'm an organizer of the Service Design Network's San Francisco chapter and I'm on the board of DOCOMOMO Northern California.
